Traditional healthcare often intervenes late, once disease or functional decline is already established. Our approach focuses on identifying risk early, understanding how different body systems interact, and intervening before disease or decline becomes established — using evidence-based medical and exercise interventions in a team-based setting.

This is not a wellness subscription. It is a clinical program built on diagnostics, data and science — not supplements, biohacking trends or cosmetics. Sport and Exercise Medicine (SEM) physicians are uniquely trained to understand and implement the principles of Medicine 3.0.

  • Full biochemical panel — ApoB, Lp(a), insulin sensitivity, inflammatory markers
  • Continuous Glucose Monitor (2–4 weeks) — real-time glycaemic and metabolic flexibility profiling
  • Exercise Physiologist assessment — DEXA body composition, VO₂ Max and VALD strength testing
  • Dietitian nutritional and metabolic profiling
  • 6-week consolidation with your Specialist, EP and Dietitian — key targets, strategies and your 12-month plan
